Who are we searching for?

An ambitious communications consultant who is ready to step up into a senior role with greater client, people, and business growth responsibilities. The role requires a strategically minded professional who enjoys the craft of our discipline, hunting for and driving client opportunities and coaching and developing team members.

As a senior member of the team, you will work alongside the Sydney Lead to oversee communications programs across a diverse range of industries and sectors, provide strategic, day-to-day advice to clients and the team, and be responsible with your colleagues for the success of our work. You will also work as part of a national leadership team to identify, qualify and win new business, and train and develop the skills of team members.

Leadership

Support the Sydney Lead to develop, train and mentor the team

Support the Sydney Lead ensure the day-to-day, on-the-ground needs of our Sydney team are always met

Manage and grow a profitable client portfolio, achieving optimal productivity

Identify revenue opportunities that deliver new and organic client growth

Think on your feet to provide clients and teams with solutions to problems
